The MPA30T Defender is the full-size 9mm variant within the Defender lineup, designated by the 30-series. It uses a simple blowback, semi-automatic action with right-side ejection and a manual safety, and feeds from stick magazines inserted through the grip.
Its 4.5-inch fixed barrel is threaded and outfitted with a knurled thread protector. The fixed-barrel configuration and top-mounted charging handle define the model’s top-cocking layout.
Integrated mounting surfaces include a full-length top Picatinny rail and a short bottom Picatinny rail. Controls are straightforward, with the safety lever on the right side and the charging handle positioned at the top.
Construction features a metal receiver with a black finish and textured grip panels with finger grooves. Capacity is 30+1 in 9mm Luger. This U.S.-made pistol comes from MasterPiece Arms’ facility in Comer, Georgia.
