The PA-15 is a USA-made AR-15 carbine built on a flat-top upper receiver with forward assist, case deflector, and ejection-port cover. Its matte black finish and clean assembly details present a classic, duty-style configuration.
The 16 in barrel uses a 1:7 twist to stabilize a wide range of 5.56 NATO projectiles. It is threaded and fitted with an A2 flash hider, while the pinned A2 front sight base includes a bayonet lug and sling swivel for standard attachments.
Sighting is handled by a fixed A2 front sight and a detachable A2-style carry-handle rear sight with windage and elevation adjustments and a dual-aperture setup. The rifle is configured with iron sights out of the box.
Controls are straightforward with a standard magazine release and a manual safety. The lower is marked 'MULTI' caliber, and the carbine operates via a direct-impingement, carbine-length gas system with a delta ring on the handguard interface. Capacity is 30+1.
Furniture includes a collapsible 6-position polymer stock with a rear sling loop, a 13.25 in length of pull, an A2-pattern pistol grip, and a carbine-length two-piece ribbed polymer handguard. The overall package reflects a practical, service-style build ready for range or training use.
