Built on Kimber’s 2K11 double-stack platform, this Pro/Commander-length pistol uses a 4 inch stainless steel barrel finished in black DLC and a tool-less guide rod. The slide carries a two-tone treatment with brushed stainless flats and contrasting black accents, while the frame is finished in black, delivering a clean, modern look.
The slide is optics-ready with a removable cover plate; rear sight configuration depends on the plate or optic installed. At the front, a green TAG-marked fiber-optic sight provides a bright aiming reference. Lightening windows near the muzzle and an external extractor are integrated into the slide design.
Controls and ergonomics reflect a competition-forward 2011 setup: single-action only operation, ambidextrous thumb safety, grip safety, and a flat-faced, skeletonized match-grade trigger. A flared magazine well speeds reloads, while the Kevlar/carbon-fiber reinforced composite grip module by MJD Solutions features aggressive stippling with a zig-zag motif for secure purchase.
