It has a flat-top upper with T-marked MIL-STD-1913 rail (T4–T12 visible), a fixed A2 front sight base with bayonet lug and forge code letters "B F," and an A2 birdcage flash hider. It includes a Magpul MBUS rear sight and one 30-round Magpul PMAG, offering a ready-to-use configuration with quality components.

The Magpul MOE configuration provides an adjustable carbine stock, MOE pistol grip, and MOE carbine-length handguard for a solid, lightweight setup. The length of pull measures 10.25 inches, and the overall finish is matte black.
The flat-top upper receiver features a T-marked MIL-STD-1913 rail with T4–T12 visible, along with a forward assist, case deflector, and dust cover. The carbine-length receiver extension is secured with a castle nut and end plate.
The 16-inch 5.56 NATO barrel has a 1:7 twist and a threaded muzzle with an A2 birdcage flash hider. A fixed A2 front sight base with bayonet lug is installed, and its forge code letters "B F" are present. Sighting is completed by the included Magpul MBUS polymer flip-up rear sight.
This PA-15 uses a semi-automatic, direct impingement system with a manual safety. It accepts AR-15 pattern magazines and comes with one 30-round PMAG, giving a 30+1 capacity.
