The SAS II TAC Comp configuration centers on a one-piece machined ported bull barrel with an integral compensator and a 5 in length. The slide is finished in matte silver and cut with front and rear serrations, lightening windows, and a top window to complement the compensated barrel assembly.
Controls and ergonomics follow the proven 2011 single-action-only layout, with an ambidextrous thumb safety and a beavertail grip safety. A skeletonized trigger and skeletonized hammer are factory features, and the extended, flared magazine well supports fast reloads. Magazine capacity is 20+1 in 9mm Luger.
Sighting equipment is straightforward and durable: a plain black front blade mounted on the compensator block and a plain black rear notch on a removable base secured by two screws. A full-length Picatinny accessory rail is integrated into the dust cover for mounting compatible accessories.
