Collectors, here is a piece of Alaskan Wilderness Law Enforcement History. This Ruger Blackhawk .41 Magnum purchased in Haines, Alaska in 1971 by James Stevens of the Alaska State Police, who carried this revolver as backcountry protection in wild Alaska for many years. It comes with a personal letter of service and origin, Officer Stevens' last rounds of 41 magnum ammunition and his service holster. The Blackhawk is a classic revolver that features Ruger's hammer-forged barrel and target-grade accuracy. The western-style, hand-filled grip adds to the great look of this revolver.
This gun brings an incredible history with it and is ready for a new owner to enjoy.
