This Mauser M48A bolt action rifle is in excellent condition, showing only faint signs of any prior handling or use. The wood stock is outstanding and the bluing is excellent. The barrel has excellent rifling, very bright and crisp. This rifle is very collectible. Matching serial numbers on receiver, stock, and bolt.
A little known fact is that many of these rifles are actually M48B rifles when marked as M48A, only distinguishable by the stamped steel trigger guard.
