This Ruger Single Six Magnum revolver is in fair condition, showing moderate signs of prior use and handling. There are a couple of deep scratches on the barrel. The revolver comes with a Bianchi leather holster, making it easy to carry with you wherever you go.
The Single Six Magnum features a 6.5" blued barrel and wood grips that give it a classic look. The rear adjustable drift square notch sight and front fixed blade sight make it easy to aim accurately. The revolver has a capacity of 6 rounds and an SAO action. The bore condition is good.
It's important to note that this vintage Ruger was manufactured in 1966, prior to 1973 when the Single-Six changed to a safer transfer bar mechanism. Before firing this gun, Ruger will provide a free safety upgrade by installing the transfer bar on older models, but you may feel a noticeable weight increase on the trigger pull.
Nonetheless, this Ruger Single Six Magnum is a great addition to any vintage collection.
