NKV Plant No. 460 (Podolsk) was an arms factory in the Soviet Union, founded in 1940. After evacuation in late 1941, it did not resume as an independent maker, and production of its key rifle line continued at Plant No. 314 (Tula/Mednogorsk), Plant No. 74 (Izhevsk), and Plant No. 385 (Zlatoust). Its defining legacy is early wartime production of Tokarev self-loading rifles.
