Franz Stock Maschinenbau & Werkzeugfabrik was a firearms manufacturer from Germany, founded in 1904 by Carl Bernhard Franz Stock. Pistol production ended around 1940 and the company is no longer listed after the mid-1940s, with no successor continuing its pistol line. It is best remembered for well-made blowback semi-automatic pistols in 7.65mm (.32 ACP), 6.35mm (.25 ACP), and .22 rimfire, often marked "FRANZ STOCK - BERLIN."
