This semi-automatic, striker-fired, blowback pistol uses a top-ejecting system and a single-column magazine for a 7+1 capacity in .32 ACP. A frame-mounted manual safety provides on-gun control consistent with the model’s period design.
The 4-inch barrel extends forward of the slide and includes a small transverse slot near the muzzle. Sighting is fixed, with a front blade and a rear notch. Rear slide serrations assist in manipulation.
Markings include the slide inscription "FRANZ STOCK - BERLIN. D.R.P. CAL. 7.65." with the Berlin manufacturer reference and D.R.P. patent legend.
The serial number is located on the frame above the trigger on the right side. No lanyard ring is observed.
