The Model 275 uses a hammerless, short-throw lever system that cycles quickly while keeping the receiver top open for the visible-feeding port. This top port lets you view cartridges during operation, a signature trait of this design.
Feeding is via a tubular magazine with a cartridge-view window and a removable inner tube. Capacity is up to 15 rounds, and the rollmark indicates compatibility with .22 Short, .22 Long, and .22 Long Rifle.
Sighting is provided by a ramped front sight and an open rear. Rear sight configuration as shown in photos.
The rifle wears a blued metal finish and a two-piece walnut stock set with a pistol-grip style buttstock, slim fore-end, and black buttplate. The left-side thumb safety and hammerless layout round out the controls.
