The rifle retains hallmark GI features including an 18-inch barrel, an adjustable aperture rear sight paired with an early narrow no-lug barrel band, and a parkerized finish. It comes with a 15-round magazine and has installed under-barrel screw-fastened accessory blocks/brackets.

The receiver is a USGI Saginaw S.G. unit from the Saginaw, Michigan plant, with production dating to late 1943–1944 based on its placement in the recognized S.G. 3.25–3.65M range. This places the core of the rifle squarely in the WWII era while showing the later service history expected of a U.S. government rebuild.
It underwent a Korean War–era arsenal rebuild and now carries a Springfield Armory barrel dated 1952. The standard 18-inch barrel length, gas-operated short-stroke tappet system with a rotating bolt, and 15+1 capacity maintain the classic M1 Carbine configuration.
The rifle wears a parkerized finish on its steel receiver and features a USGI hardwood low-wood stock with sling/oiler cut, a wood handguard that appears modified/non-standard and is missing its liner/rivets (four open rivet holes visible), and a checkered steel buttplate. Length of pull is 13.5 inches.
Sighting equipment consists of an adjustable aperture rear sight with a windage knob, paired with an early narrow no-lug barrel band. The front sight is a wing-protected blade.
Non-standard under-barrel screw-fastened accessory blocks/brackets are installed forward of the stock. These custom additions are securely mounted and included as configured.
