    What’s Included
    • Hopkins & Allen Arms Company 20 Gauge side-by-side shotgun

Built in the early 1900s, this Hopkins & Allen showcases the company’s side-plated boxlock design, providing the visual profile of a sidelock while retaining the robustness of a boxlock action. The receiver carries the Norwich, Connecticut rollmark, aligning it with period production from approximately 1902 to 1915.

The action is a hammerless boxlock with a top-lever break system and a tang-mounted sliding manual safety. It is equipped with double triggers and a two-round capacity, consistent with traditional American side-by-side field guns of the era.

The 28-inch twin barrels are joined by a matted top rib that reduces glare, and they are topped with a single brass bead front sight for straightforward alignment. This configuration reflects the practical field-focused setup of the period.

Furniture includes a checkered walnut pistol-grip stock paired with a splinter forend. A steel buttplate with fine horizontal serrations completes the stock, and the length of pull measures 13.5 inches.
