L.A.R. Manufacturing, Inc. was a United States firearms maker founded in 1968 by Larisch, Augat, and Robinson. It was acquired by Freedom Group (Remington Outdoor Company) in late 2012, and its West Jordan, Utah operations were closed in 2013 with no current consumer products produced under the L.A.R. brand. The company is best known for its oversize 1911-style magnum pistols.
