Mannlicher-Schoenauer Guns for Sale
Founded: 1903
HQ: Austria
Mannlicher-Schoenauer, the Steyr-made rifle line of Österreichische Waffenfabriks-Gesellschaft (Steyr) in Austria, was introduced in 1903 by Ferdinand Ritter von Mannlicher and Otto Schönauer. The line is discontinued, and Steyr Arms GmbH is the present-day successor company. Its legacy centers on smooth bolt-action rifles built around Schönauer’s rotary spool magazine, often seen as full-stock “stutzen” carbines and in classic 6.5×54mm and 9.5×57mm chamberings.
