Glenfield Rifles for Sale

Founded: 1961

HQ: United States

Within rifles, Marlin Firearms Company of the United States introduced the Glenfield name in 1959 as a budget, store-brand line sold through mass merchants, offering rimfire and lever-action .30-30 options until 1983 and reviving it in October 2025 as a value-focused bolt-action family. Glenfield rifles are distinguished as mechanically equivalent counterparts to Marlin designs with simpler finishes and plainer hardwood stocks, a no-frills approach now carried forward by a bolt-action based on Ruger’s first-generation American Rifle design.
